• Robin Dunbar on the layers of five, fifteen, fifty and a hundred and fifty: your premium cap is anthropology, not urgency marketing
• Priya Parker on generous authority: the chill host isn't humble, they're abdicating, and ninety percent of a gathering is decided before anyone arrives
• Robert Cialdini on Unity: not like us, of us. The same trivial incentive moved compliance from twenty percent to ninety-seven

THEN THE BUILD
