In this episode, Jas Rawlinson chats with impact-maker Sarah McDugal.
Sarah McDugal is an author, speaker, abuse recovery coach, and co-founder of Wilderness to WILD and the TraumaMAMAs mobile app – both of which provide evidence-based, trauma-effective resources for women after abuse. She creates courses, community, and coaching for women recovering from deceptive sexual trauma, coercive control, and intimate terrorism. Her passion is helping mamas heal and rebuild healthy solo-parent families while they protect their children from further harm, and navigate the family court system after escaping abuse. Sarah’s tools and resources guide women ‘out of the wilderness of abuse, into a wild, thriving, peaceful post-trauma life.’
