In this episode we are discussing what happens during a autism assessment and getting a diagnosis. It was quite an experience when I had my assessment but I will try to explain how they did it to me. Bear in mind this is my experience and your experience could differ from mine depending on your location and age.

Today we will be discussing what autism is. I will give you my opinion as well as information off the NHS website (UK only). This information will differ from your country. The main aim is to share the symptoms and signs and help catch autism early.

In the episode, I will be telling you about my life and why I have set up this podcast. There are many different reasons why but I want to help create awareness about autism and try and help them understand the symptoms to look out for. An earlier diagnosis can create better outcomes for everyone.
