Recalls for the week: 2017-2018 Honda Clarity Fuel Cell, The electric water pump;   2019 Nissan Altima, The fuel pump lock ring may not be fully engaged;  2019 Chevrolet Silverado, Sierra 1500, 2020 HDs equipped with Rugger Liner hard tri-fold tonneau covers may not properly secure the cover to the bed;  2018-2019 Ram 1500, the rear driveshaft
