Hello and welcome to the third guest episode of the Autos & Airwaves podcast! In today's show, Alex is joined by his good friend, Jacob Bach, all the way from the exotic city of... Charlotte, North Carolina. Alex describes Jacob as a "good ole boy with a great taste in cars." Jacob finds a very nice example of a classic Range Rover on Cars & Bids, where Alex finds a brand-new Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing - a car that he recently drove. He discusses his thoughts on the CT4-V Blackwing, as well as the CT5-V Blackwing, and explains why they are the best luxury performance sedans currently on sale. Since Jacob and Alex both have purchased a new Land Rover Defender in the past year, they discuss their ownership experience so far with the Defender. They talk about what they love about it, what they don't like about it, and what's gone wrong since taking delivery. The next topic that they discuss is the topic of Chinese knock-offs. Before China could really make a car on their own, they just copied other designs; most notably, the Land Wind X7, which is a carbon copy of the Range Rover Evoque. Moving on from that, Jacob offers Alex some really stupid financial advice on how to pay for his car, that has actually already been paid off. As always, with our guest episodes, we wrap up the show with a Q&A session. Big thanks to Jacob for coming on the show, and we can't wait to have him on the show again down the road!
