The Autumn Equinox is coming up on September 23rd. It’s officially the calendar start for the Fall season and we on The Path celebrate this day as an important reminder of balance. Whether you’ve noticed or not, the days are getting shorter and I have noticed this when I get up to get kids ready for school that I am up before the sun again. This day is when the Light and Dark energies are equal, one of only two days in a year when this happens. This is traditionally thought of as harvest time so take a minute to count your blessings and be grateful. Happy Fall!
