Hi guys!  It's us AVA and to spice up this week's chikkahan we're accompanied by the Kitty Gurls of MAD IN MNL. We talked about social awareness, where we shared our thoughts regarding social norms and ethical behavior. Society encompasses the people in our families, schools, support groups and community. We discussed the need to be more aware of our society, be more considerate of other people's perspectives and needs.

For this two part episode we're gonna talk about what its like to be a part of the LGBTQIA++ community through an in-depth chikahan with our special guests: Working Bex - Mike & Xtian. Members of this community go through a lot of challenging experiences, the internal and external battles never seem to end. The shocking revelation above all is that the hardest opponent that they've ever faced is not the most judgmental people of the society, but the first being who whispers inside their heads the words they dread to hear and plants the fear inside their hearts - it's the person they see in the mirror everyday.  Shocking right? For this episode we're gonna talk about the world of sexual desires starting from the awakening to the hottest experiences with our special guest from The Pechay Show - Shari. There's that turning point in our lives that opens us to the world of our sexual desires. It could be the first passionate kissing scene that you saw in your mom's favorite romantic movie or that anime character with a body of a God and the charms of a Devil that left you with feelings and sensations that you never understood before. So for this week's chikkahan it's all about self acceptance and self care. Living in a society that preys on insecurities and imperfection makes self-acceptance an impossible feat. Inflating self doubts and the endless search for validation has become the status quo. Everyone has something that they're ashamed of, it's sad that there are people who highlight other's insecurities to hide theirs. Don't give them the power to use your flaws against you, because there's nothing wrong with being flawed. The moment you accept yourself completely - flaws and all, you rise up above the toxic status quo and become happier. Kaya ghorl tanggap ka namin!

For this week's chikahan we're going to talk about break ups. We all know that getting over a break up is never easy no matter how good or bad it was. After the relationship ended, you're left with a hole in your heart and a bunch of self-made reasons as to why it didn't work. We get you. We've faced the same faith before- the painful breakup, the grieving period and the healing process. How about we grab a glass of beer and talk about it?

We'll share our insights and encounters with such traits to spread awareness  of its negative impact to people.   Everyone has flaws and everybody can be toxic to some extent whether they're aware of it or not.
