In this live telephone tell-all, non-fictional narrative with the ‘Queen V’ himself, Vincent shares his journey from Manila to a mental health nurse working in San Francisco at a residence that houses 120 homeless people. But this mental health worker from Manila has a secret, for as much as he thoroughly enjoys the buzz of the ‘V-Hive’ and working amongst California’s most vulnerable he has developed a full on addiction for solo-travel and has selfies to prove it.
I apologize for the at times poor recording quality, but then again, it was recorded inside the ‘V-Hive’.
There are life-journeys and then there are full on enterprising- adventures, which is what you are about to hear as you listen in on my in person conversation with Jennifer Thompson. Born in Kyuguot, BC into what she describes as a 'free-range' childhood, the only non-indigenous child in a 2 room schoolhouse, to now the founder and CEO of Herstasis Health Foundation, a Canadian menopause health organization with over 1 million YouTube subscribers. Buckle up because the plot twists are suddenly and without warning.

Two years ago almost to the day I launched Paul's Muddy Buddies and their Dirty Lil' Secrets. over the past 2 years this podcast has begun to take on a life of its own, go through construction-deconstruction and now reconstruction or evolve if you will. This 5 minute intro will let you know the details.
According to Statistics Canada there were 266 homicides reported in Ontario in 2018, an increase of 69 from 2017. This is the highest number of homicides and the largest year over year increase reported in a single province since Statistics Canada began collecting this data in 1961. On Thursday September 20, 2018 Isaiah Thomas Macnab was shot and killed in broad daylight in downtown Kitchener, Ontario. That day his mother Kelly began to define her grief as the story of unfinished love. What you are about to hear is true. What you are about to feel is the anguish and pain of his mother, my friend Kelly as she candidly shares with those who dare to listen the story behind the statistic.
Ahmed Yousef in this tell-all edition reflects on who he is and how the culmination of his history not only got him to where he is today, but built within him the character and ability to take on the challenges of a political career in the City of Maple Ridge, BC. You will laugh and you may cry, but what you won't be able to do is stop listening.
Gabe & Hudson in the Fall of 2022 have made history as two of the youngest people to ever win seats as Board of Trustees for the Maple Ridge-Pitt Meadows School District 42 here in British Columbia. In this podcast they give me a birds-eye-view of the BC Battlefield of Sexual Orientation and Gender Equality (SOGI) where they are well armed with the voices of their peers and the mandate of those walking the halls of the public and high schools of School District 42 as they go up against the Anti-SOGI naysayers who have drawn a line in the sand. At times they were a tag-team of hilarity, but from the start you will quickly understand why voters in this district realized that though only 21yrs of age these gentlemen are all about educating and not indoctrinating. Join me as they let me know 'We're Just Getting Started' as they 'Unleash the Future'
