If you want to grow wiser, there is one requirement that is an absolute non-negotiable... The Fear of the Lord. 

One of the most debatable gifts in scripture, but also one of the most intimate gifts for personal edification. It's available to all as a benefit and blessing of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, but it can seem "spooky or strange" for those who don't understand it.
