Acts 1:1-11 | As Jesus ascends into heaven, he gives his disciples a purpose and plan to continue the mission that he had started.

Acts 9:36-41 | The New Testament Church grew through acts of the Holy Spirit. We pray today that the Holy Spirit would move in our church and community in the same way.

Acts 11:2-3 | Following the example of Jesus, Peter engages in ministry that others found highly questionable.

Acts 9:1-19 | Ananias is used by God by laying hands on Saul and praying for him. He models reconciliation for each believer. 

Acts 5:27-32- We see the boldness of Peter, determined to preach the Gospel. We are also called to be bold in our faith.

EASTER SUNDAY | This morning, we gather to celebrate the resurrection- and to life resurrection as followers of Christ.

Palm Sunday | We hear the crowds shout "Hosanna" realizing that they will soon shout "Crucify." The worship that comes from our mouths should be consistent with the worship our lives offer.

John 12:1-8 | The lectionary takes us from Luke for a week as we are asked to consider what it cost to follow Jesus.

Luke 15:11-32 | Jesus tells the well-known parable of the Prodigal Son. Regardless of which son we identify with, let us receive the grace of God who waits and watches for our return.
