Sam was born in Malaysia and raised in Singapore, but has called Australia home for over 20 years, having lived in Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne where he served for many years as a pastor. After studying theology at Fuller Seminary in Los Angeles (MAT, 2020), Sam returned to the city of Melbourne with a vision to plant Flow Church. A church plant that intentionally halved the amount of worship services they do.
