Your favorite average folks have returned!

First thing's first, we're kicking things off with a flashback to the Liath Family's pre-therapy era. AKA, the Helga era, AKA, the Baby Liath Kiddos era. Then, we pay a visit to Terra and friends at the Annual Inter-Territorial Prophet Convention! Along the way, we meet an old friend of Terra's, and, perhaps, a new obstacle. Oh-- and how's Logan doing, by the way?

We're taking a short, mid-season break from the adventure to fulfill a KICKSTARTER STRETCH GOAL we had during our abundantly successful campaign! As promised, here's Hope & Elyse talking you through Episode 1 of Average Folks! We share random silly thoughts, and some background into the writing and technical process behind the audio show. Average Folks will be back next Tuesday with Episode 6, and hey. You're loved.

Terra deals with sad news from back home as she works to solve a vague mystery for an elderly woman. We get a glimpse into a normal day in Mikhail’s art class, and Agnes goes couch shopping—which takes longer than you would expect.

Content Warning: This episode deals with topics of death and grief.

A Note from Elyse: This episode is dedicated to those who have been lost. This episode is also dedicated to those who have experienced loss in any form—you who get to live and carry on in light of that loss. But most of all, this episode is dedicated to Ramona Davis, a woman who lived well and was loved by many. You were always enough, Grandma.

We will be taking a mid-season break from the main story of Average Folks next week, as things will heighten exponentially with Episode 6! In the meantime, you can catch the commentary on Episode 1 with writer Elyse Bradford and director Hope Bellinger on our regularly scheduled release day next week. We’ll catch you then!
