After a nearly 22-year relationship with a textbook narcissistic, enduring one of their inevitable discards does not get any easier or less painful. The importance of the “no contact rule” is abundantly clear to me now. I almost did not post this recording as it is very personal and emotional. Yet, the reason I do this work is to help others, especially women, to leave these types of abusive relationships. Men like this need to be exposed. And stopped. They hurt too many people and ruin too many lives.
