As a business owner, obviously our customers are important. But even though our business comes from them and they are important, sometimes we don't want to talk to them. It is understandable that sometimes you may not like the experience of talking to them. Are they a pain in the backside sometimes? Sure! But it is a hard fact that you have to deal with. I do not endorse or come from the school of thought that customers are kings. I believe that customers need ethics and they can be wrong. As an entrepreneur, it is your responsibility to educate your customers so that you are on the same page. But avoiding their calls is not the way to handle things because it is like just another relationship where you need to deal with things rather than let them pile on.
