t is normal for human beings to be a little careful while making decisions.
Making a decision depends on choosing between alternatives that may both be valid but have completely different outcomes. Hence, we often fear making decisions because we don't know where they'll take us.
Having said that, decision making is a skill that one can learn.
Irrespective of the multiple options which you have in the fear of the future, you still have to make decisions.
And because decisions dictate the direction of your life, the outcome of the decision will decide your future.
So, there's a process to follow while making decisions to make so that you can make informed decisions.
Can you control the future? No.
But can you be better prepared? Yes!

Communication is not a magic wand.
We're dealing with humans and that's why understanding a few things rather than assuming is important.
Why do people get offended?
Intentions, clarity of those intentions, and creating a context are important things you need to keep in mind before jumping to conclusions about problems of communication.

As a business owner, obviously our customers are important. But even though our business comes from them and they are important, sometimes we don't want to talk to them. It is understandable that sometimes you may not like the experience of talking to them. Are they a pain in the backside sometimes? Sure! But it is a hard fact that you have to deal with. I do not endorse or come from the school of thought that customers are kings. I believe that customers need ethics and they can be wrong. As an entrepreneur, it is your responsibility to educate your customers so that you are on the same page. But avoiding their calls is not the way to handle things because it is like just another relationship where you need to deal with things rather than let them pile on. "The Customer is Always Right" or "The Customer is King". Why this is nonsense? This is not
applicable in today's world of business. This is pure nonsense because
if the customer is always right that means if there's an issue, YOU
are always wrong! Or if the customer is king then that makes YOU the
slave! This is not the right approach to treat a customer. It is
supposed to be a partnership that is 'win-win'. If you still have this
mentality then check out my video because it is high time to upgrade
your credibility and mindset as to how you treat yourself in front of
your customer if you want to scale up your business. Check out my

relationship you need to have with your customer which is beneficial
