Lies. Deceitfulness. That is the type of world we live in. People lie for their own gain or just because they can. God knows all our lies and He can't be deceived.

What do you value? Your family, your possessions, your friends? You are valued also. You are valued by God. Valued so much that He gave the life of His Son, Jesus, to save us from our sins.

When was the last time you had a AWE moment? Was it a nature scene? The birth of your children? A act of kindness? Do you live in awe of God? HE is the creator of all these things.

Are you intimate with Jesus? Do you live your life in awe and fear of God? The Bible says we should be. Not fear of being scared of God, but to be in reverence of God.

Have you ever made plans, just to have them change at the last minute? That is what happened to Paul in his travels. God changed Paul's plans so he would meet those whom he needed to.

Mothers. There are many types of mothers. New mothers, seasoned mothers, spiritual mothers, and heavenly mothers. Mothers are the backbone of our society. These women are an important part of our lives and our church. To all the women in our lives, Happy Mothers Day.

Have you shared Christ this week? It can be scary to start talking to a perfect stranger about Jesus. A fear of rejection. A fear of what others might think or say about you. But God will give you the courage to tell others about Him.
