  • 🌪️ Embrace the Winds of Change: A Prophetic Call to the Church

The winds of change are blowing, and I feel compelled to share about the profound purification and restoration God is bringing to His church. This is not a season of destruction—it’s a time of divine reconstruction. Inspired by a prophetic word from David Minor, I believe the Holy Spirit is calling us to align more closely with the Lordship of Christ, preparing us for an unprecedented revival and the advancement of His Kingdom.

I want to stress how crucial it is to understand God's ways if we are to experience His glory. Transformation begins with submission—opening our hearts to embrace the cleansing work of God. As we navigate this vital process, I encourage you to turn your face into the wind of the Spirit, positioning yourself as a vessel ready to carry the weight of God’s glory. This is a clarion call to pursue righteousness and humility, leading to a stronger, purer, and more effective church, empowered for His purposes.

In my latest podcast episode, I explore this critical theme of purification and restoration. What may seem like chaos and destruction is, in fact, a divine orchestration designed to prepare the church for an outpouring of God’s Spirit like we’ve never seen before. Jesus is reclaiming His authority as the head of the church and calling us to full submission to His Lordship. Out of His deep love, God is aligning His church with His purposes, readying us to carry His glory into the world.

Drawing from the prophetic word of David Minor, I liken this move of the Holy Spirit to a wind sweeping through the church, bringing cleansing and renewal. This wind is named *“Holiness unto the Lord.”* I urge you not to hide from this wind but to embrace it fully, for it represents the holy refining work of God. Turning toward this wind is the only way to participate in the profound transformation He is bringing.

This message resonates deeply with the biblical narrative of Moses, who sought to know God's ways in order to experience His glory. I believe this same pursuit is essential for us today. As the church embraces God’s discipline and cleansing, we will see a powerful transformation, becoming vessels of His glory, prepared for the miraculous and the supernatural.

    Takeaways:

    - This is a season of purification, not destruction.

    - To experience God’s glory, we must understand and walk in His ways.

    - The prophetic word emphasizes that holiness is essential for the church’s renewal.

    - Embracing God’s discipline leads to transformation and renewed effectiveness in ministry.

    - The winds of change are bringing divine reconstruction and preparing the church for unprecedented Kingdom advancement.

    - Righteousness and humility increase our capacity to carry God’s glory.

Prophetic word given to the Church by David Minor midnight April 6, 1987

The Spirit of God would say to you that the wind of the Holy Spirit is blowing through the land. The Church, however, is incapable of fully recognising this wind. Just as your nation has given names to it’s hurricanes, so I have put My name on this wind. This wind shall be named

    “Holiness unto the Lord”.

Because of a lack of understanding, some of My people will try to find shelter from the wind, but in so doing, they shall miss My work. For this wind has been sent to blow through every institution that has been raised in My Name. In those institutions that have substituted their name for Mine, they shall fall by the impact of My wind. Those institutions shall fall like cardboard shacks in a gale. Ministries that have not walked in uprighteousness before Me shall be broken and fall.

    This is My Wind.

For this reason, man will be tempted to brand this as a work of satan, but do not be misled. This is My Wind. I cannot tolerate My Church in its present form, nor will I tolerate it. Ministries and organizations will shake and fall in the face of this wind and even some will seek to hide from that wind. They shall not escape. It shall blow against your lives and all around you will appear crumbling and so it shall.

But never forget, this is MY WIND, says the Lord. With tornado force it will come and appear to leave devastation, but the word of the Lord comes and says, “Turn your face into the wind and let it blow, for only that which is not of Me shall be devastated.” You must see this as necessary.

    A second wind.

Be not dismayed, for after this, My wind shall blow again. Have you not read how My breath blew on the valley of dry bones? So it shall breathe on you. This wind will come in equal force as the first wind. This wind too will have a name. It shall be called “The Kingdom of God”.

It shall bring government and order. Along with that, it shall bring My power. The supernatural shall come in that wind. The world will laugh at you because of the devastation of the first wind, but they will laugh no more. For this wind will come with force and power that will produce the miraculous among My people and the fear of God shall fall on the nation. My people will be willing in the day of My power says the Lord. In the first wind that is upon you now, I shall blow out pride, lust, greed, competition and jealousy and you will feel devastated, but haven’t you read “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven?” So out of your poverty of spirit, I will establish My kingdom. Have you not read the kingdom of God is in the Holy Ghost? So by My Spirit, My kingdom will be established and made manifest.

Know this also, there will be those who will seek to hide from this present wind and they will try to flow in the second wind. But again they will be blown away by it. Only those who have turned their faces into the present wind shall be allowed to be propelled by the second wind.

You have longed for revival and a return of the miraculous and the supernatural. You and your generation shall see it, but it shall only come by My process says the Lord. The Church of this nation cannot contain My power in its present form. But as it turns to the wind of Holiness unto the Lord, it shall be purged and changed to contain my Glory. This is the judgement that has begun to the house of God, but it is not the end. When the second wind has come and brought in My harvest, then the end shall come.

  • Revival vs Discipleship: Cultivating a Balanced Church Culture

Within Christian leadership, a perceived tension sometimes arises between two crucial spiritual movements: revival and discipleship. While both are essential to the health and growth of the church, they are occasionally seen as competing priorities rather than interconnected facets of a flourishing ministry. For church leaders, it is vital to understand how revival and discipleship can work together, complementing and reinforcing each other to foster lasting spiritual growth and transformation within our congregations.

    Understanding Discipleship Culture

Discipleship culture embodies the methodical, day-to-day work of spiritual formation. It's characterized by intentional mentoring relationships, systematic Bible study, and the steady development of spiritual disciplines. Rather than existing as just another church program, discipleship forms the backbone of spiritual growth and community life.

In churches where discipleship thrives, you'll find believers deeply engaged in regular prayer practices, Bible study groups, and one-on-one mentoring relationships. These communities prioritize the practical application of biblical teachings, helping members navigate real-world challenges through a biblical lens. The focus extends beyond Sunday services to encompass daily spiritual practices and lifestyle choices that reflect Christian values.

What sets discipleship culture apart is its emphasis on long-term spiritual formation. Believers are encouraged to develop sustainable spiritual habits, engage in meaningful accountability relationships, and actively participate in their faith community. This approach recognizes that genuine spiritual transformation occurs gradually, through consistent practice and intentional growth.

    The Nature of Revival Culture

Revival culture takes a different approach, often centering around powerful, transformative events and gatherings. These experiences typically feature passionate worship, dynamic preaching, and dramatic moments of spiritual breakthrough. Revival meetings can create an electric atmosphere where individuals experience profound spiritual awakening and renewal.

While these moments can catalyze significant spiritual change, they sometimes risk becoming isolated experiences rather than stepping stones to deeper spiritual growth. The energy and enthusiasm generated during revival events, though genuine and powerful, may not naturally translate into sustained spiritual development without proper channeling.

    Bridging the Gap

The most effective church environments don't force a choice between revival and discipleship but instead create a synergy between the two. Revival experiences can serve as powerful catalysts, igniting passion and

commitment that discipleship processes can then nurture and develop. Think of revival as the spark that ignites the flame, while discipleship provides the steady fuel that keeps it burning.

This integrated approach allows churches to harness the transformative power of revival moments while ensuring long-term spiritual growth through consistent discipleship practices. The key lies in viewing these elements not as competing alternatives but as complementary forces that strengthen and enhance each other.

    Practical Steps Toward Integration

Creating a balanced church culture requires intentional effort and strategic planning. Here are several key approaches:

    * Establish robust discipleship frameworks that can capture and channel the energy of revival moments into lasting spiritual growth.

    * Design revival events with clear pathways toward ongoing discipleship opportunities.

    * Develop leadership teams that value and understand both revival experiences and discipleship processes.

    * Create small group structures that can both facilitate powerful spiritual encounters and support steady spiritual development.

    * Build mentoring relationships that help believers process and integrate both their revival experiences and their daily spiritual journey.

    Looking Forward

The future of church growth likely lies in successfully integrating both revival and discipleship elements. This balanced approach creates spiritually healthy communities where both immediate transformation and long-term growth are valued and nurtured.

Churches that master this integration often exhibit several key characteristics:

    * They maintain high expectations for both spiritual experiences and daily discipleship

    * Their leadership teams understand and value both immediate breakthrough and gradual growth

    * They create clear pathways from revival experiences to ongoing discipleship opportunities

    * Their community life reflects both the excitement of spiritual renewal and the steadiness of spiritual formation

    Personal Application

For individual believers and church leaders, the challenge lies in embracing both the dramatic moments of revival and the steady work of discipleship. This might mean participating enthusiastically in revival events while maintaining consistent spiritual disciplines, or helping others navigate between mountain-top experiences and valley journeys.

The goal isn't to choose between revival and discipleship but to experience the fullness of both. By understanding and valuing both approaches, believers can develop a more complete and sustainable spiritual life that encompasses both dramatic moments of breakthrough and steady, consistent growth.

As churches and individuals navigate this balance, they often find that revival experiences become more meaningful when grounded in solid discipleship, while discipleship processes gain fresh energy and inspiration from revival moments. This harmonious integration creates a robust spiritual environment where both immediate transformation and long-term growth can flourish.

Trust: The Foundation of Godly Leadership

Listen to the Audio - https://tinyurl.com/mrrv79xh

    Introduction

In both the church and marketplace, Christian leaders are called to a higher standard of leadership—one that reflects Christ's character and upholds biblical principles. Among these principles, trust stands as a cornerstone of godly leadership, echoing the faithful character of our Lord who remains "the same yesterday, today, and forever" (Hebrews 13:8).Leadership is a sacred trust bestowed by God. Whether leading a congregation or a corporation, Christian leaders are ultimately stewards of what God has entrusted to them. As the Apostle Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 4:2, "Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful."This biblical principle reveals a profound truth: while organizations may grant positions of authority, true leadership authority—what we might call "permissional authority"—comes from earning the trust of those we serve. Without this trust, even the most skilled leader will struggle to fulfill their God-given mission effectively. The Trust-Authority Paradox in Ministry and BusinessOne of the greatest challenges in both church and business leadership occurs when a person holds positional authority but lacks the trust of their team. This disconnect creates a leadership vacuum where influence should flourish. Jesus himself modeled leadership based not on position but on trust and servant leadership, declaring, "Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant" (Matthew 20:26).This servant-leadership approach, grounded in trustworthiness, applies equally to:- Pastors shepherding their congregations- Ministry leaders directing their teams- Christian business leaders managing their organizations- Marketplace leaders influencing their corporate environmentsBuilding Trust Through Biblical ConsistencyTrust develops through a biblical equation that reflects God's own faithful nature: Consistency + Time = Trust. This formula manifests in three critical areas:1. Your declarations: Your word as your bond (Matthew 5:37)2. Your actions: Walking the talk (James 1:22)3. Your timing: Fulfilling commitments when promised (Ecclesiastes 5:4-5)The alignment of these elements reflects the character of Christ and builds lasting trust. However, when leaders over-promise and under-deliver, they not only damage their leadership effectiveness but also potentially harm their witness for Christ. The Wisdom of SolomonSolomon, the wisest leader in the Old Testament, understood the paramount importance of trust and reputation. As he wrote in Proverbs 22:1, "Choose a good reputation over great riches; being held in high esteem is better than silver or gold." This wisdom serves as a powerful reminder that our testimony as Christian leaders—built on trust—carries eternal significance beyond temporal success.Practical Applications for Christian LeadersWhether in the pulpit or the boardroom, consider these biblical principles for building and maintaining trust:1. Practice Integrity in All Things"Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much" (Luke 16:10). Begin with faithfulness in small matters, knowing that God often tests our trustworthiness in minor things before entrusting us with greater responsibility.2. Lead with Transparency"But everything exposed by the light becomes visible" (Ephesians 5:13). Maintain open communication with your team, sharing both victories and challenges while maintaining appropriate boundaries.3. Demonstrate Consistency"Let your 'Yes' be 'Yes,' and your 'No,' 'No'" (James 5:12). Ensure your actions align consistently with your words, reflecting the unchanging nature of Christ.4. Accept ResponsibilityBe quick to acknowledge mistakes and seek restoration. This vulnerability strengthens rather than weakens leadership trust.5. Show Christ-like Humility"In humility value others above yourselves" (Philippians 2:3). Remember that leadership is about serving others, not being served.

The Kingdom ImpactAs Christian leaders, our influence extends beyond immediate results to eternal impact. When we lead with trust, we:- Model Christ's faithful character to our teams- Create environments where both faith and work can flourish- Build organizations that honor God and serve people effectively- Demonstrate the difference Christ makes in leadershipA Higher CallingRemember that as Christian leaders, we answer to a higher authority. Our trustworthiness isn't just about organizational effectiveness—it's about reflecting the faithful character of God himself. When we lead with trust, we create a powerful testimony that speaks to both the church and the marketplace. The challenge for every Christian leader is clear: build trust as a foundation for God-honoring leadership, knowing that faithfulness in leadership becomes part of our eternal legacy. As we align our leadership with biblical principles, we can fulfill our calling to be salt and light in both sacred and secular spaces, leading others toward Christ through our example of trustworthy leadership.

    Introduction

Time has always been a sacred instrument in God's hands. For 21 days, Daniel fasted and prayed before receiving his divine vision. In Haggai 1:15-2:1, the Lord delivered a series of messages over 21 days that transformed His people's hearts and renewed their commitment to rebuilding the temple. Throughout Scripture, God uses 21-day periods as seasons of transformation, preparation, and renewal.

Subscribe now to embark on your own 21-day journey of walking with Jesus.

Just as the disciples walked alongside our Savior—learning from His words, witnessing His actions, and being transformed by His presence—He extends the same invitation to you. This journey is designed to deepen your relationship with Christ through daily reflection, prayer, and practical application of biblical principles.

    What We'll Explore

During these 21 days, we'll discover essential life lessons through Scripture and Jesus's perfect example:

    * Walking in Divine Purpose: Aligning our goals and choices with God's perfect plan for our lives, understanding that every step with Jesus has eternal significance.

    * Physical and Spiritual Stewardship: Learning to honor God through caring for our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit while nurturing our spiritual growth.

    * Christ-Centered Habits: Developing daily practices that draw us closer to Jesus and transform ordinary routines into sacred moments of connection.

    * Kingdom Joy: Finding deep, lasting joy not in circumstances but in our growing relationship with Christ and His presence in our daily walk.

    * Sacred Rhythms: Converting our daily activities into opportunities for worship and spiritual growth, learning to see God's hand in every moment.

    * Kingdom Resources: Learning to steward our time, talents, and treasures in ways that honor God and serve others.

    Daily Journey Structure

    * Scripture Focus: Key Bible passages that illuminate the day's theme

    * Walking with Jesus Meditation: Practical insights connecting Jesus's teachings to daily life

    * Heart Reflection: Questions for deeper personal examination

    * Steps of Faith: Practical actions to implement the day's lessons

    * Prayer Path: Guided prayer for spiritual growth and transformation

How to Make This Journey Meaningful

    * Dedicated Time: Set aside a specific time each day for your walk with Jesus. This consistency builds a sacred rhythm in your daily life.

    * Contemplative Reading: Approach each meditation slowly and thoughtfully, allowing God's truth to sink deeply into your heart.

    * Journal Your Journey: Keep a written record of your reflections, prayers, and insights. This becomes a testament to God's faithfulness.

    * Active Response: Choose at least one action step each day and implement it intentionally. Faith without works remains incomplete.

    * Prayer Focus: Use the guided prayer as a launching point for deeper conversation with God, then listen for His gentle voice.

    * Shared Steps: Consider inviting a trusted friend or mentor to walk this journey with you, sharing insights and encouraging one another.

    Why 21 Days? ⏳

Throughout Scripture, we see 21-day periods of breakthrough, transformation, and renewal:

📖 In the book of Daniel, he prayed and fasted for 21 days before receiving his divine vision of spiritual warfare and the coming future (Daniel 10:12-14).

📖 In Haggai, the people responded to God’s call to rebuild the Temple, and after 21 days, they began the work in obedience and reverence (Haggai 1:14-15).

📖 In Ezra, the journey from Babylon back to Jerusalem lasted 21 days, during which the exiles prepared themselves to return to the promises of God (Ezra 7:9).

These 21 days represent a perfect length of time to commit to new habits, spiritual renewal, and transformation. It’s not too long or too short—just enough to begin experiencing real change while building momentum for a lifetime of growth!
