It is awakening to the ‘I am,’ consciousness, the singular field of reality, in which all experience arises and dissolves.The authentic self is not something to be attained, discovered or found, as it is the inherent perfect timeless presence of awareness, that is immediate, whole and complete. It is ever present everywhere.
The authentic you operates free from the limitations of personal identity and linear time, knowing only the infinite and eternal reality of existence. Our true nature is perpetually aware of itself.
All is One.
Our real nature was never lost and cannot be found, as it is always present at each and every moment. It does not arrive or leave, or become stronger or weaker or change in any way. It always remains always exactly the same.
Your authentic self has its origin in freedom and love.
It's what you are .
When we accept the ever present invitation to recognise our perfect nature, we unveil our eternal and infinite changeless presence.Everyone of us is engaged in a wonderful unfolding of undreamed of potential.
The authentic you is found at your absolute core.
This is the real you, the source of all your love and beauty. Limitless, eternal cosmic intelligence lives here.It's your true unimprovable nature.The real you knows you are fine just the way you are and is permanently aware that you never need fixing, adjusting or improving, no matter what the circumstances may be
Perfection cannot be improved
The authentic you, the real you, is the you who existed before and will remain after life's pleasures and pains have passed away.Your perfect, clear consciousness is available to you at every moment of your life.
It is the constant witness consciousness that remains always present.
You are forever the perfect cloudless pristine mirror, untouched by life's unfolding experiences and scenarios, remaining clear, truthful, whole and unfragmented, whatever may occur.
So let go of the struggle of trying to ‘keep it all together ‘ Relax and stop trying so hard to attain the life you believe you want.
Striving and efforting will only win you a consolation prize in the lottery of reality, as you are already the winner of the biggest Jackpot there ever was, is, and ever will be.
Because “this is it’
It's here now.
The compass of truth is your only guide, with no destination or place to arrive at. You have just been dreaming that you were lost. No climbing equipment is necessary to help you reach the top of the mountain of enlightenment - as you never left.
You do not need to upgrade your true nature, as its essence cannot be enhanced. It is 100% abundant already - You lack nothing.
The authentic you is pure undivided awareness, free to unfold in its mysterious way, liberated from the limitations of personal identity and mental constructs.
Its nature is the boundless freedom of the ‘I am “ consciousness shared by all existence.
Try switching from automatic pilot mode, unconsciously drifting through life as a separate ‘self,’ reacting and being tossed around by life's external happenings, events and experiences to “hands on the steering wheel” mode, awake in the here and now, recognising that you do not need a vehicle or a road map to get somewhere other than where you are now.
Simply be who you are “ Just as it is “
When you abide as your authentic self, you realise that your real life is not the story, the daily dialogue of what is occurring at home or in your relationships, career or the World stage. Your real life is what is being witnessed by your authentic self; the perfect timeless and infinite reality of everything.
Just witnessing life as it is, in pure honesty with nothing added or removed - we see that we were always whole.
The authentic self is the ‘you’ that requires you to be real. Know that you already have everything you need to live in this World as the authentic you. It's what you really are and it is always fully accessible to you.
Beyond concepts and ever changing thoughts & feelings is your extraordinary perfect awareness.It is your innate birthright. In realising the simple ‘ isness ‘ of being, you discover that your whole life has been a struggle against the real you and your incredible authentic, limitless nature.
Recognizing the gift of our natural state and giving it space to just ‘ be ‘ in our lives reveals the flawless diamond we always sought - was forever in our possession. We just didn't know it.

The Authentic you
Is the you
That is found
At your absolute core
The real you
Aways ‘is’
And contains all the beauty
And the love in the Universe.
You know who you truly are -
You are the eternal Beloved
Who is merged with all people
The forests, the animals, the birds
The oceans & the ancestors.
Yes the real you is perfect
Just the way you are
And can never be destroyed.
Never needs fixing
Mending or understanding
The authentic you
Is completely intact now
Always was
Is
And forever will be
