Ep 29 Kendall's Experience -  "I wasn't a fuck yes" from her shadows to deep safety, self trust and power.

I wasn't a full body fuck yes, but yes enough - she joined within an hour before the first call of the October 2021 round.

• Kendall shares feeling called, but also the fear and doubts that came up
• How her shadow massively came up during the process, but she felt incredible safe and supported to meet these parts of her
• How she cultivated deep trust and safety within 
• Her favourite things she learnt about herself was that it was okay to be just be her, in each moment, and it's okay to feel everything in my body in each moment
• She realised how many ways she was shrinking herself and dimming and felt so liberated to show up as she desires
• Knowing she deserves to be heard and seen
• How she feels confident to show up as the mother she wants and set healthy boundaries, and feeling her worth as a mother

Madison’s Experience of Rebellion, Renewed Intimacy & Moving through Grief 

Today you’ll hear from Madison, a mother, wife, sacred space holder and healer.

She joined Rebellion at “one of her lowest points” after experiencing a still birth in 2021.

She shares how she felt extremely safe to feel and process all of what was arising in her, with a tribe of women that was safe, loving and non judgmental.

Madison shares the shift that happened with in, allowing the support from her husband to flow in, as she learnt she didn’t need to be the strong warrior woman all the time.

She has experienced greater and renewed intimacy in her 13 year relationship from the shifts she had in Rebellion, and she didn’t have to DO anything.
