Jesus speaks words of truth, which can be words that sometimes divide. To those who are humble and repentant, His words bring joy and life. But in those who are proud of their own achievements, His words provoke anger and hostility.

"Do you want to get well?" It sounds like a strange question to ask a desperately sick person, but Jesus has His own answer that overrides our complaints and expectations.

In the Christmas story we see something clearly repeated throughout Scripture: no one ever comes to Jesus without a direct revelation by the Spirit of the Living God. The Christmas story tells us about what God has done, about His character, and about what He offers to each of us.

God is not a God who sits on the sidelines. He is a God who is desperately involved with His children and desires all people everywhere to come to a knowledge of the truth!

Need a second chance? God exposes the hidden, restores the broken, and renews us in Christ!

Is it possible to be blessed by God even when our circumstances do not appear to be blessed?
