Psalm 126 talks about the goodness and faithfulness of God as being likened to “Those who dream!” This message is about the LEGACY of a life spent serving and being faithful to God and experiencing a life that previously you could only DREAM of!

God often reveals himself in adverse conditions. Finding God in our storms, reveals His Peace - in our battles reveals His power, and in our Shadows reveals Him as Shepherd.   

This message is highlighting how God often works through what we already have “in the house,” even when it seems small or insignificant. It encourages believers to value small beginnings, believe for big things, create the right environment for God to move, and faithfully pour out what they have so God can multiply it. Ultimately, it emphasizes that as we keep bringing what we have to God, He continues to fill, provide, and reveal His purpose through the Church.

God calls each of us into His covenant, a divine pattern of relationship that moves through four arcs: Call → Test → Confirm → Establish. This pathway reveals alignment in our hearts, integrates belief into action, and produces lasting fruit that reflects His promises, not just temporary survival. As we walk in covenant confidence, we learn to trust His timing, embrace refining pressure, step boldly into confirmation, and steward establishment for legacy that honors God.

In Psalm 126, God is revealed as the God who restores the fortunes squandered by previous generations through idolatrous living. Many generations have to seemingly ‘begin again’ because the poor choices, vices, and infidelities of the previous generations. However, there is a God who is above that and who delights in restoring the fortunes to those who call upon His name!

Acts 1:8 says, “You shall receive power.” We only believe in one ghost here at Awaken, and that is the Holy Ghost. He won’t hurt you; he will help you. He’s not a ghost you should run from, but rather you should run to Him!
