As Christians, we can't go into the battlefield of life unprepared. This block of scripture looks at the necessary items that believers need to put on each and every day.

Jesus does not demonstrate humility because He is weak, He demonstrates humility because He has authority.

In contrast to the world, Jesus is light.  As believers we should walk in the light and not in the darkness.

Giving away your life is the only way to find it. Jesus can shine more brightly in us when we begin to die to our self.

Our relationship with God is not a one off transaction. Our relationship with God is ongoing. Today's study focuses in on answering the question of how were are to remain humble in our approach to God. Paul has some strong word for us in Romans 12:1-5 on how to live a life that continually gives God praise.
