Hello everyone!

In this introductory episode, I talk about four reasons why most people are users or spectators of art products, but not creators. It all started years ago when we built a series of unhelpful beliefs about the 'starving artist' who is never good enough and needs to get a 'proper job'. When we change what's going on in our mind first, we can reintroduce art in our life and truly enjoy it.

In the following episodes I will interview full-time and part-time artists and ask them how they got there. For a few weeks we will focus on art, and then we will expand into mindset topics and neuroscience!
