God is Lord over nature and all things, and he gives us authority to do His work.  In the bible, we read many stories about ordinary men and women doing incredible things for the Lord.  Why is this?  Because they were willing!

It’s human nature to want to be recognized for the work we put into things.  We crave recognition and value.  However, when we strive to be promoted by man, we forfeit promotion by God.  Servanthood is the greatest in the Kingdom.  Promotion comes from God.
