The heavy stigma around starting over typically brings up feelings of embarrassment, shame, guilt and even fear. This stigma can keep us disconnected from our heart and second guessing even when we know deep down the decision we made was the right one. Society norm says starting over is scary and risky, but I say we shift the damn paradigm!
