In this episode Lauren teaches on the spiritual concepts of Evolve or Dissolve, a teaching she downloaded in 2017 when she was rapidly changing and transforming and loosing all of her friends, her husband, her church, and ultimately her identity at the time.

She shares how she has gone through the process known as Quantum Leaping at least 3x since 2015, and shares her knowledge and advice on how to move all the way through it.

Lauren also teaches on the brain as a polarity organ and how to evolve the identity we must evolve the mind beyond binary thinking. We must expand and shift as our identity's shift. We must learn how to hold and cultivate our power to fully step over the threshold into our next reality, while simultaneously collapsing out our previous identities.

Last, Lauren talks about how Jupiter in Gemini is teaching us how to hold our focus and power when it wants to spill everywhere.
