Today, Love Organized is becoming her legacy project: a living invitation to build regenerative community pods, support conscious co-creators, and create new systems of care that can scale beyond the eco-village into cities, neighborhoods, and global networks.

She initiated and led the Ottawa Energy Collective Impact project from 2016–2019, bringing municipal, nonprofit, academic, and business leaders together around carbon reduction. Today, she contributes to World Unity Week and Peace Weekend, where she paints “ONE World” into form through live visual harvests.

Inspired by her global study of eco-villages, Kara created Love Organized to help people and organizations move from systems of separation into new models of care, unity, and life-centered collaboration. She is Canadian and now lives in France with her husband and two children.

About Connie Baxter Marlow

Connie Baxter Marlow grew up in Maine in a family of visionary philanthropists and politicians, graduated from UC Berkeley with an honors degree in economics, and went on to raise three children in Aspen, Colorado.

She is an author, filmmaker, photographer, and futurist whose work offers a practical way to move beyond the current paradigm through absolute trust in a conscious, loving, interconnected, and abundant universe. With her husband Andrew Cameron Bailey, Connie co-authored The Trust Frequency: Ten Assumptions for a New Paradigm, a synthesis of indigenous cosmology, quantum science, and Eastern and Western mysticism.

Through films, books, forums, photography exhibitions, online courses, and intercultural relationships, Connie and Andrew have spent decades exploring how humanity can rise into a higher vibratory state of awareness where beauty, balance, joy, abundance, and peace become possible.
