In this exploration of expansion beyond fear, Ginny shares the experience of saying “Yes!” to a position that threatened her mind’s perception of what it means to be free and authentic. As you listen, consider a future based fear that may be active in you. Can you see the fear as a story your mind has created, possibly as a protective device? Are you feeling pulled to step forward in a way that feels fearful? What would it be like to say “yes” to the pull, possibly opening to the idea that expansion beyond your wildest dreams could exist on the other side of the fear?
