396 Hz Solfeggio Frequency

This frequency is connected to the Root Chakra and can become blocked by Fear, Anxiety, Pressure and over time these things will affect some or all of our emotions/feelings, our minds and/or our bodies.

When we focus on or think about everything that's wrong in our lives, the brain releases certain chemicals throughout the body, which over time, breaks down our healthy cellular structure, weakening our immune system and can lead to chronic pain, depression and even contribute to the onset of disease.
