Yep. I went there. And I had time today, literally. COVID-19 has turned the world upside down and let out a flurry of conspiracy theories. I share mine as well as my direct experience on this podcast. Also, for over a year I have been saying that Biden is most likely to be the best bet against Trump. Show the people who you truly are, how you feel in every moment. Tell them the ups and downs, let the pain show on your face, but still show up, each and every day, and get the job done. Isolation is a problem for me, and 2019 showed me in tumultuous ways that I need to reach out and let people in. Can you relate to that? We live in a world of fixers who need fixing, systems that need fixing, brokenness denied -- it's time to tell the truth: we need fixing and healing.

Sometimes when we do our best to help, we hurt. We often can't see beyond our own perspectives and judgements, and we often overcompensate the shadow with false light. Let's get real. It's time to be honest.

1. Kamala Harris ended her campaign and it shows how incompetent the political industry has become as well as what Democrats have to look forward to in 2020. 2. Sororities and Fraternities Prepare us for a life of success and elitism, and as we go further we find our way into the Halls of power. 3. Being my mom's best advocate is setting me up for success in my greater mission and higher calling.

Time and again, we are challenged to assess the quality of our relationships, but this is often an exercise of the ego intended to create "yes men" that fill our sick need for validation. We often lose sight of the importance of relationships and how they may the foundation for our quality of life. This week, I explore how personal, professional, and political relationships not only determine our personal quality of life but also determine quality of life for all humanity. Character and integrity are paramount, and how we cultivate relationships based on those two keys unlocks our potential to change our lives and the world.
