A trigger by definition is a psychological stimulus that prompts recall of a previous traumatic experience. Triggers can be a very sensitive topic but necessary for us to explore in order for deep healing. I talk about steps to take to get to the ROOT of the problem and how to identify this and start to work with it, creating a space for love, light and healing to enter.

It is crazy how Spirit works with us, talking about emotions, feelings and triggers lead right into feeling connection and healing personally in my throat chakra. Chakras are energy centers, ore energy points in the body that correspond with our overall energetic body, including nerves and major organs that effect our emotional and physical well-being.
