One of hard techno's most standout and uncompromising artists. DYEN’s devastating sounds have helped take the genre into a bold new era with him right at the forefront: they are designed to shock and destroy his crowds and come with unthinkably high-impact drops that detonate the dance floor each and every time as he roams across the hardest end of the electronic spectrum.
DYEN never fails to make his mark whether playing inside to tight, intense crowds or outside for an endless sea of ravers. In just a few years since breaking through in 2017, he has mastered the art of playing hard while always finding light and shade, nuance and narrative in his selections.
Bringing the same power and potency to his productions, but with a more melodic edge that mixes up the classic Rotterdam sounds with contemporary hard techno. They are still high paced with epic drops that make dancers lose their minds, but with extra layers of lasting emotion in the synths as well as hints of rave, gabber, hardcore and industrial. DYEN's first brush with music was playing guitar and making music from a young age. In 2017, he went to
his first rave and immediately fell in love. Using his musical knowledge he soon started bring fresh invention to the classicRotterdam sound.He was ahead of the curve at first with his distinctive hard style but as the world has caught up he is now getting the props he deserves.
His vital RECKLESS label is a key part oft hat. Itis synonymous with the most hyper-modern and cutting edge hard techno sounds and can often be heard in taste-making DJ sets all over the world. RECKLESSS is also a creative outlet that offers total freedom to its carefully A&R’ed mix of next generation talents, many of whom also play in demand label showcases all over the world.With a world tour, new album and plenty of all night sets on the horizon, both RECKLESS and DYEN are the unquestionable leaders of the contemporary hard techno scene.
