We’re going to make a sweet and spicy sauce that goes well with a brat (no bun). To do this - sauté the onion in a bit of oil until it is transparent. Then add paprika and curry powder to onions, continuing to saute until aromatic. Add the ketchup and water. Boil uncovered until the sauce is thick. To the pot of water, add vinegar, cumin, and nutmeg. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, and add the Hotdogs, cooking until the Hotdogs have heated through, about 5 minutes.
