This week's award winning guest Darcy Luoma, has travelled a varied life. Running a Senator's office in America, you would imagine navigating the political landscape was hard enough. Yet one of the biggest challenges was when her husband was incarceration for a sexual assault case against a minor. Breaking down and giving up was not an option for her or her young daughters, so she relied on what she knows best: coaching. Her book Thoughtfully Fit is an inspiration on how to survive and thrive in life, despite what challenges are thrown in your direction.
