There are a lot of things going on right now. I was thinking how difficult this is for someone or anyone. It was easy for me to say like I can do this but I really cant. No judgement please.

Let us talk more about how people define Mental Health itself. What do they experience and How do they cope with it. We would want this conversation to be unscripted and just pure sharing of thoughts and experiences. No harm intended to anyone going through anything about mental health.
