As human beings we only have a few developed senses, yet we go through most of our day as if what we percieve is all there is. Let us get curious about what else could be going on beyond our limited sensory organs.

Playing the same song over and over or learning new songs. Which ones are you singing? Are we subjecting others to our same old song and are they singing along?

Meditation on a special perspective. One that is with you all the time, yet one that is rarely if ever experienced at all. Let us go over this meditation until we see it clearly. Once we do, it will never be forgotten. Once we do, how will we use it for our living and for those around us?

The things that are closest to us, our voice, manner, way of being, smell, our name, our bodies, eyes, the way we talk and form words and move our faces...have become so familiar that we are no longer the creator of ourselves. Are we willing to be so present and aware that nothing escapes us?

We are going to use the common biblical theme of Genesis to explore waking up, separating real from unreal and touching on what now-ness is. In the begining there was the word, then Light and Dark. There are estimations that the world may be in the dark right now, grovelling aimlessly in the unreal. Let us turn on the light while the human experiment can still reach the light switch.

When you have come to a dead end you must remember where it was you meant to go. This meditation may spark your memory.

Here we touch on an area of relationships that causes so much suffering. Are we willing to surrender to another? Are we willing to not know another? Are we willing to drop all expectations and demands of our beloved and allow liberation to come in?

Today we notice the many different conversations we have with our self which take hold of us. Which one to honor?

A look at the things we chase after. After all, what is nourishing and fulfilling?

You may have been meditating for many years now, however, this might just be a new view of the same island from a different airplane...or it may be atotally new island. Enjoy!
