Now that I understand what’s happening to my body. I am exercise intolerant at the moment and that’s okay. My PT is every day activities. Laundry. Dishes. Standing.

Not sure what I expected. My pain is manageable? Will I improve more?

I am up! Just living is constant movement therapy for us. I am always in training. Movement therapy. Dishes. Ball therapy etc.

I did it. Now what? Can I do it again? My body is improving in ways that I couldn’t imagine but I also don’t know how to react.
