Three days after my fascia session and I have to make myself rest. I, in my mind, think I am physically ready to try anything! I find out afterwards. I dozed off for :45 seconds in the middle of my podcast. I am learning about brain fog and more.

The last few releases really made a difference. Trying to get acclimated to how my body works.

I am shocked how my body is responding. My digestive system is working.

Just got home from my fascia session. Now. I must rest.

Feeling a bit defeated but realizing it’s a learning experience.
