He leads a program called Access Lilly, focused on improving accessibility across the globe, in both physical and digital environments

He also leads the Enable Employee Resource Group for the International region, which covers almost every country outside of the US

Passionate about learning and sharing best practices, Darren has sat on various external taskforces with BDF and PurpleSpace.
