Surah 7:172 – And ˹remember˺ when your Lord brought forth from the loins of the children of Adam their descendants and had them testify regarding themselves. ˹Allah asked,˺ “Am I not your Lord?” They replied, “Yes, You are! We testify.” ˹He cautioned,˺ “Now you have no right to say on Judgment Day, ‘We were not aware of this.’
Heart Math Insitute -
The Heart Math Institute conducted a study where they have found that the heart senses emotional information five to seven seconds before it happens, while the brain senses it three to five seconds beforehand. In other words, when we have an intuition, it starts with the heart. It senses things before the brain.
The heart has a mind of its own, and in fact, Dr. Rollin McCraty, the Director of Research of the Heart Math Institute, states: “We observed the heart was acting as though it had a mind of its own and was profoundly affecting perception, intelligence, and awareness.”

And more importantly, our Lord has taught this to us. In Quran, Surah Al-Hajj 22:46 Allah says in English translation, “and have they hearts wherewith to understand (reason) and ears wherewith to hear? Verily, it is not the eyes that grow blind, but it is the hearts which are in the breasts that grow blind.”
