In the Shop Local Special Edition, Birdman visits with Jesus Cayeros, the Chef at Salt Restaurant and Wine Bar. They discuss Jesus' background, where he grew up, what got him into cooking, the steps he took to become a chef, and what he does at Salt Restaurant and Wine Bar.

Everything is now made in house, from scratch. It's hard, but they do it for the craft and for the customers.

1st Annual Cupid's Shuffle - A Saloon Masquerade Fundraiser will take place Saturday, February 3rd, 7:00 p.m. at the Porter Mountain Steakhouse.

We encourage everyone to dress up, wear a mask, and get in on the fun! There will be a Costume Contest for the ladies, a Tin Cup Show Down for the men, Dessert Auction, and 50/50 Raffle.

Tickets are $50/person
