The White Mountain Hospice Foundation supports the hospice philosophy of care for terminally ill individuals and their families by providing financial and resource assistance not available elsewhere.
The Foundation is committed to helping fulfill special wishes that will enhance the quality of life for those that we serve.
The Foundation is hosting this memorial golf tournament to help raise funds for the Foundation. Additionally, the Foundation accepts donations and holds at least one other fundraiser during the year.

August 12th - 2nd Annual Veterans Resource Fair - Show Low City Campus Gym ( old gym ), 620 E McNeil, Show Low, AZ.
This event is open to ALL Veterans in the White Mountains are who are in need of the following resources:
Free hot meal, health services, job services, veteran benefits, social security, vocational rehabilitation, pet supples, clothes, blankets, personal care, hair cuts and other services
