The visible church is divided on how we should be responding to the recent events concerning justice in this nation. This is biblical appeal to the teachings of Christ in Matthew and Paul’s recall of those teachings in Romans.

I have been seeing a resurgence of Christians who are slandering Biblical Christian Hip Hop lovers as being carnal, freshly, and unsaved. I address why that way of thinking is not biblical, and how ultimately a person is pushing their preferences and precepts when they make that argument. I originally planned to discuss this on the podcast last night, but we ended up talking about this on The Humble Kingz radio show earlier this evening and I thought that it would be a good idea to just upload that conversation between me and DJ Flyness! Be sure to holler back and let us know what you think!

It’s been a while since I’ve recorded, so I’m going to briefly address a few topics biblically!

There is a right way and a wrong way to deal with disagreements with brothers and sisters in Christ.

In an attempt to argue in favor of a universal atonement, Flame ironically uses one of the very verses that proves that Christ’s atonement was particular and definite.

I picked one of my released songs to do a lyrical breakdown of it. I’m definitely encouraging any requests or artist submissions to do the same for a song of their choice. Find T. Deimaris Barlow on Facebook for that to happen!

Vibe with me as I talk briefly about the importance of Christian artists being in the Word.

I’m trying out a new format and I’m thinking of making it permanent this could be the first of many following episodes. I just wanted to give this a test run and see who’s hungry for it. Holler back (Wow! Do people still say that?) with that feedback!
