Affirm for grounding. B is for breath work. Today, I allow life flow through and to me through breath. I realise that I am the breath and it is the anchor I go back to realign and unravel to being myself. I rest in the awareness of the power I can step into or call back at any given point of time by regulating my breath to take control of my thoughts and emotions, pivot and shift energies for the better. Take a deep breath knowing every moment is a new moment and you have the power to step into a field of infinite new possibilities and change the course of life by doing your Breathwork.
Today I allow the goodness of life to flow to and through me.
