In honor of the new Child's Play TV series released on USA, hosts Tom and Brian take a step back to debate the original film that started it all, vs the 2019 remake. Well, Tom steps forward to try his hand at playing the devil's advocate to see if he can show why the 2019 remake might hold up in its own right. Brian in his infinite wisdom takes the side of the original vision and the incredibly talented voice work by Brad Dourif.

Leading further into the season of scares and the macabre, Brian and Tom break down some of the classic Grimm fairy tales and a couple of others and discuss their origins, and how they have evolved over the years. They even take it further and speculate on some of the possible moral lessons that may have been meant to be taught with them.

A Classic Tom Vs Brian fight. With theatres opening back up and cinema becoming a presence in culture again we are seeing some great works of Horror come about. In the genre, there are 2 titans that have influenced generations, and still influence audiences and filmmakers the world over, even after their passing.

Tom takes the case of the legendary Wes Craven, creator of the hills have eyes, last house on the left, scream, and probably most iconically the great Freddy Krueger in his Nightmare on Elm St franchise.

Brian comes in bringing honor to the father of zombies, none other than the great George A Romero. Creator of Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead, and so much more. Also the original creator of Creepshow!

Puppet Pat is back to judge this round and help determine based on the arguments who in fact is the most influential horror director of all time.
