Caught up with Eric W. Krueger recently to talk about his song, "Brush Fire", off of his recent solo acoustic release, "Shed Songs".

It's a beautiful, stripped down, raw, and vulnerable offering from an incredibly talented and prolific multi-instrumentalist and artist.

I've known Eric for many years now through Blue Worm Records ties with his band Sunday Flood and mutual musician friends. Though I've not talked to him in many years, it really felt like picking right back up with an old friend.

Got a chance to sit down with Ian Prince from the Minneapolis, MN rock band "Houston" to talk about their song "San Diego" from their latest Init Records release, "The Biggest Show In Space".

Ian Prince is one of my favorite drummers to see perform, particularly with the band Houston. He's also played with Story of the Sea, Cloud Cult, Soul Asylum, and is also currently in a band with Allen Epley from Shiner called "BIRDHANDS".

Speaking of Shiner, Jason Gerken is another of my favorite drummers to see live. If I can get him on an episode as well as Adam Wade, drummer from Shudder To Think's "Pony Express Record", I reckon I'll be on to somehting here...but I digress.
