As we kick off another week on your favorite beta based podcast, I wanted to recognize 2023 for what it was for me. Looking back on last year, I recognize that although I do not feel like I have a lot. I know that I have an abundance in a lot of areas. So what better topic than bountiful!

Let's make some healthy choices this year! One thing that I hear often is that "I'm about to cut that 'B' off" but I usually have to take a second to think about what that means and if there was adequate communication in place to make sure that the person on the receiving end knows what they did wrong. That's why I have to ask... are you setting healthy boundaries?
