Russian girls win almost all competitions thanks to their perfect synchronyzation, beauty and difficult tricks. But what about men? Until a few years ago this was a sport only for women. I am presenting an interesting topic to discuss stereotypes in sports. You will work on your vocabulary by expanding within the same family of words . You will be able to form nouns from verbs with suffixes -ание, -ение (that is very close to English "ing" - плавать swim -> плавание swimming and you will learn all adjectives with suffix -шний (завтрашний tomorrow's etc.) And in this way it will be much easier to create new Russian words! You will remember conjugations of verbs like тренироваться train, соревноваться compete, завоевать win, добиться get, obtain; We will try to interview each other, imagining you are an athlete or a journalist.
