Period talk and mental health, I have personally never understood what PMS was and how to handle my emotions during my period, nobody really explained it to me in details. I created a new cycle that worked for me. Explaining my method and I don’t always follow it word to word but I do follow MOST. I hope this can help you find a way to create a new cycle for yourself on how to handle your emotions and mental health during your period days.
