It can be challenging, intense, emotional and it come sometimes hurt whilst you are both learning.
Why does it hurt? Well it is all about how you position and attach your baby at the Breast.

Your marvellous miracle boobs go through lots of hormonal change whilst you are pregnant and breastfeeding. It’s good to look out for them with good breast management. Have a good feel on a regular basis, in the shower, when you clean your teeth or when you are feeding.
